- Morning: Kundalini Yoga sessions to boost energy, vitality, and flexibility, pranayama breathing from (7u30 – 9u)
- After breakfeast: Free time to swim, explore, relax, or enjoy Dahab at your own pace
- Evening: Breathwork, ELW® practices, and deep relaxation (from 16u30 – 19u)
- Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners
- Includes a 2-day desert journey and guiding
- The retreat is offered in both English and Dutch

To keep this retreat accessible and flexible, the following are not included:
- Airport transfers
